Tips for an effective season

1. Order early to avoid out of stock.

2. If you forgot to include products in your order, create a new order and leave us a message on WhatsApp to combine them. If the two cumulative orders exceed the value of 300 lei, the order will be shipped FREE of charge.
3. Create an order after logging in with an account, where you will later find order details, AWB and its tracking, invoices and favorite products.
4. If you forgot to add something to the order, you can cancel the order from your account and redo it with a single click, without searching for the products again.
5. For information and invoices, check your account if you have one or your email, including your spam folder, if you don't have an account.
6. Use messenger or WhatsApp because there is only one phone line and it can be busy.
7. Opt for card payment for faster processing and increased priority.
8. If you encounter problems with the payment or you need more time, you can try again in the order page in your account to make the payment again or change the payment method.
9. For questions about a product, please first check the details of the product on the website www.afo.ro and if you do not find certain details contact us (WhatsApp or Messenger)
10. Products are not reserved for a later delivery date except for orders paid by card.

We remind you:

- You will receive SMS to confirm the order and notification when it is COMPLETED, which means that it is already delivered to the courier.
- The invoice will be available in the account and sent by e-mail (don't forget to check SPAM as well)
- For cash on delivery payments to the company, keep the receipt from the courier.
- Select the most convenient courier for you (DPD or FAN COURIER)
